Hello Friends and Family,

A new year is here and mommy and daddy have been busy with work, keeping me entertained, and training for a half-marathon race at the end of March. Somehow mommy found time in her busy schedule to take me to the local zoo along with Gail (and her son, Atreyu) and Valerie (and her son, Vinson).

It was a cold and rainy day so the zoo was practically empty--just us and our animal friends. We had lunch with the giraffes and later caught the seal show. We can't wait to go back, of course, so we're hoping for the rain and cold to come again soon:)
